Addressing Mental Wellbeing

Having arthritis can affect your mental health and you may feel sad or low in mood, if you have these feelings it is worth thinking what you can do to lift your mood. 

For example, go for a walk or meet a friend for coffee.  If you have anxiety and/or depression it can be helpful to arrange to see your GP as you may need some additional support or treatment.
